Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, stolen submersible was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that seized submersible is not stolen property and on the basis of the aforesaid recovery, petitioner has not only been made accused in this case but he has been remanded in some other cases also. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Mohania P.S.
