1. Though, the present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 08.11.2017, passed by the District Magistrate-cumSecond Appellate Authority, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Hussainganj Block, District-Siwan for removal of encroachment from the gairmazarua aam land in question. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
