Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b)a, 26,35 of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 8.9.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Araria in Jokihat P.S. Case no. 277/2016.
