JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners, who are in custody, seek bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 416 of 2016 arising out of Agiaon Bazar P.S. case No. 15 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(b) and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation, in brief, is that the informant's daughter was killed by these two petitioners by setting fire on her. It is submitted that para 7 of the case diary reflects that she closed the room from inside and committed suicide as her husband had refused to take her along with him to his working place, however these two petitioners Father-in-law and Mother-inlaw are in custody and the husband is already in custody.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1352 of 2017 (3) dt.08-02-2017 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6th Additional District Judge, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with S.Tr. No. 416 of 2016 arising out of Agiaon Bazar P.S. case No. 15 of 2016.
