This application has been preferred for modification of the cause title portion of the order dated 09.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.31060 of 2019 with the case that the father's name of the petitioners is Dinesh Ray but, inadvertently, it has been typed as Butan Ray in the petition of aforesaid case and consequently the same was emanated in the cause title which is liable to be modified accordingly.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 09.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.31060 of 2019 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38233 of 2019(2) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 Vide aforesaid order petitioners were enlarged on anticipatory bail with a direction to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order and the said period has already been elapsed. Hence, the period for surrendering of the petitioners before the learned Court below is extended for further four weeks. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
