JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 05-05-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 4, by referring to the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on their behalf, submits that the present writ petition is now not maintainable on the ground that all the subsequent actions taken by the respondent Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. have not been challenged by the petitioner. It is further pointed out that the LOI was issued in favour of the respondent no.5 as far back as on 29.11.2010, but that has not been challenged by the petitioner. Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
