Petitioner's prayer at an earlier occasion was disowned vide order dated 20.12.2016 under Cr. Misc. No.51700/2016 (Annexure-1) giving liberty to renew after framing of charge. Petitioner has filed certified copy of Sessions Trial No.456/2016 wherefrom it is apparent that vide order dated 07.01.2017 charge had already been framed.

That being so, petitioner Madhav Yadav @ Madhav Kumar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.133 of 2016. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.) Prakash Narayan U T
