The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 856 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Provision and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered against the petitioner.
