The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/ 4 of the D.P. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner is a villager and as such he has been made accused in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is in custody in this case since 28.03.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner is a villager and not the family members of the husband of the victim and has remained in custody for two months, the Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
