JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Gone through the allegation wherefrom it is apparent that complainant Guddi Devi was assaulted by all the petitioners and during course thereof, petitioner Ashok Prasad Singh abused, torn her cloth, snatched away chain. It has also been disclosed that Ashok Prasad Singh has got lecherous eye over her.

Taking into account the allegation, petitioners Ashok Prasad Singh, Sheela Devi, Dazy Kumari and Dimple Devi are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sajour of P. S. Case no.132 of 2014, in event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from today in terms of Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) Vikash/- U T
