This is a petition for anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 506, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that coaccused persons having similar allegation has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 25.4.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No.15352 of 2016.
