JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 18-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Special PP for the State. Complainant is the purchaser of a land sold by the appellant. However, appellant had transferred the land which happens to be Gairmajarua Aam land.

Furthermore, the learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that he is ready to return back the consideration amount. In case, the amount is returned back, then in that event, the learned lower court will itself release the appellant on bail after ascertaining the genuineness of the assertion made on behalf of appellant/accused.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant appeal is disposed of.
