Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has carried out the order of transfer dated 04.09.2019 and submitted his joining at Referal Hospital, Bhore, Gopalganj, but the joining of the petitioner has not been accepted, as a result thereof the petitioner is not getting salary.

Patna High Court CWJC No.381 of 2021 dt.05-02-2021 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure joining of the petitioner within a period of fortnight from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and ensure payment of salary regularly and arrears as well within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. In the event, joining of the petitioner is not accepted by the respondents, the concerned respondent shall not draw salary till acceptance of the joining of the petitioner.
