The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Gaya Complaint Case No. 605 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The complainant alleged that she was married with Ravish Kumar on 02.05.2011 and thereafter her husband and other in-laws subjected her to physical and mental torture due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4034 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2015 2 / 2 the complainant. They have no concern with the family affairs of the complainant.

Having considered the fact that the petitioners are in-laws of the complainant, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya Complaint Case No. 605 of 2013, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
