The present writ application has been filed for quashing the notice dated 16.8.2016 issued under the signature of the Circle Officer, Sheohar, as contained in Annexure 5, whereby the petitioners were directed to remove the encroachment from Plot nos. 7852 and 7853 within a period of three days.

It is submitted by Mr. Khan, learned S.C.-25 that the encroachment in question has been removed hence the writ application has become infructuous.

Taking into consideration the submission of
