JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 was also added. Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted to his parents to death as the parents were not giving money from their pension to the petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.108 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Sub-Division Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad is refused.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2689 of 2017 (3) dt.29-03-2017 The learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the case.
