Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 302, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the prosecution case itself, it was co- accused Anil Rai who assaulted the deceased and furthermore, first information report goes to show that the petitioners were not even present on the place of occurrence when the occurrence had taken place.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
