2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this application to approach the Circle Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.8669 of 2023(2) dt.23-11-2023 2/2 Gopalganj for removal of the alleged encroachment.

3. If any such application is filed, the same shall be dealt by the Circle Officer in accordance with law and if he finds that there is some encroachment, he will initiate an encroachment case and after hearing all the concerned parties including the alleged encroacher, he will pass an order in accordance with law.

4. This exercise must be done by the Circle Officer within six months from the date of filing of the representation.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
