The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 and 37(b) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

The petitioner was arrested while he was in inebriated condition. The petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-V, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanhaula P.S.
