2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 2377 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Saran at Chapra.
