JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Ajay Prasad seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the respondent bank with an appropriate representation.

2. As prayed, permission is accorded. The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
