The instant application has been filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 107 of 2019, registered for offence under Sections 465, 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation made in the F.I.R., when the informant went to the bank on the death of his mother, after obtaining the document with respect to succession, it transpired that the petitioner allegedly had withdrawn a sum of Rs. 6500/- from the account of his mother.
From perusal of the record of the case it transpires that subsequently the parties have entered into a compromise at
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35121 of 2019(2) dt.03-06-2019 2/2 the intervention of the well-wishers.
In view of the facts and circumstances stated hereinabove as also the fact that the parties have entered into a compromise, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IInd, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 107 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C (Partha Sarthy, J) sushma/- U T
