The petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019, corresponding to G.R. No. 177 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 461,379, of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in theft of Mobile. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody in this case since 22.2.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he was not named in the F.I.R. and has remained
