The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners have not been named in the F.I.R. Mr. Vikramdeo Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no eye-witness to the occurrence, but two accused persons have confessed their guilt and disclosed that the petitioners gave Rs.1,00,000/- for killing the deceased, as the petitioners had purchased 15 kathas of land from the brother of the deceased.
