The petitioner seeks bail in Raniganj P.S. Case No. 287 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, this petitioner along with other FIR named accused persons brutally assaulted the son of informant resulting into his death.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault against all the accused persons. Similarly situated co-accused Madan Mallick has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 24.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26556 of 2021. Petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2021 having clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

No.48832 of 2021(3) dt.13-01-2022 2/2 the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 287 of 2020.
