Learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application but submits that it appears that there is a typographical error in mentioning the age of the petitioner as 16 years and thus seeks permission to file afresh anticipatory bail application, in the event, if he is able to establish that petitioner is not a minor but is a major. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
