2. It transpires out of submission of Mr. Krishna Prasad Singh, learned senior counsel appearing the petitioner that the matter is at argument stage. This fact also approved by Mrs. Archana Sinha, learned senior counsel for the informant. Prayer of bail of petitioner already refused twice.
