2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 185 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., lodged on 29.11.2024 by the informant Khusruddin.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition, the petitioner has been arrested and as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.

4. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
