It is submitted that in the last paragraph of the order dated 25.4.2016, in place of 'C.J.M., Patna City' it should be read as 'C.J.M., Patna'. It is ordered accordingly. The period of time to surrender in the court below is extended by a further period of two weeks.

The order dated 25.4.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 10980 of 2016 is modified to the extent, as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
