Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/38(1)/38(2) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Five liters of liquor was allegedly recovered from the shop of this petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2017.

Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no such criminal antecedent.
