The petitioner is accused in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 190 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 and 38 of the Bihar Excise Act.
The accusation is of recovery of 48 bottles, each containing 180 ml, of Indian made foreign liquor from the house of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2016, while petitioner is accused in two other cases, but in both cases, he is on bail. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1100 of 2017 (2) dt.13-01-2017 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Siwan, in connection with Daraunda P.S.
