====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER -------------- 18-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No.134 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A) and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of torturing and causing assault to the informant/opposite party no.2 by her husband and other in-laws for non fulfillment of the dowry demand and ousting her from

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law, brother-in-law (dewar) and married sister-in-law (nanad) of the informant/opposite party no.2 respectively and they have falsely been implicated in this case only to put undue pressure upon them. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N.P. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Bettiah, District-West Champaran, in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No.134 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
