JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that since the informant made complaint about the closer of the school to the District Education Officer, when Ram Pravesh Yadav and Chhotu Kumar assaulted the informant by butt of the pistol. It is also alleged that Ram Jatan Yadav was assaulted by Mohan Yadav, though, there is omnibus and general accusation against the petitioners also. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that specific accusation of assault is not against the petitioners and due to local political rivalry, the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3201 of 2015 (2) dt.23-01-2015 2/2 petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Sheukhpura (Hathiyn) P.S. Case No. 413 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
