The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 81 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other co-accused Saurav Kumar Verma and Gaurav Kumar Verma have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. The case of the petitioner is not distinguishable. Considering the same, without commenting on merits, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner and in the event of arrest he
