2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 364 and 302/34 was added.

3. The deceased had dropped his two cousin sisters to appear in an exam and thereafter he did not return back to take them back. The dead body of the deceased was recovered subsequently. The police has found the deceased going with two persons on a motorcycle. One of the persons seen with the deceased on the motorcycle was wearing a red jacket. The motorcycle belonged to one Suraj Patel which was being driven by Prithvi Kumar Patel. Suresh Prasad, father of Suraj Patel was

Deluxe was being driven by the petitioner who was his son-in-law. One video was also sent by the accused persons in the night at around 8:00 P.M. in which they were seen taking liquor with the deceased.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegation levelled and the involvement of the petitioner in killing of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
