ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 363. 366 and 367 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the alleged victim recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. notwithstanding the subsequent compromise, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.
