This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 4033 of 2021, which was dismissed as withdrawn on 23.06.2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that at the time of calling of the appeal, he was engaged in another Court and the appeal was requested to be withdrawn by some other counsel under misconception, but when he came to know about the order of withdrawal, he filed this restoration petition immediately.

With these observations, this restoration petition is disposed of.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
