Petitioner is accused in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No.

of registered under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,324,302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that petitioner has been implicated in the present case due to village politics. No specific allegation has been leveled against him. He is in custody since 10.09.2016. Also similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 4832 of 2017 vide order dated 18.03.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1364 of 2017 (6) dt.27-03-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016.
