The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, daughter of the informant was done to death by the accused persons including the petitioner for dowry and her body was disposed of by burning.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is brother-in-law of deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation. Main allegation is against husband of deceased, who has already been granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 28.04.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 49815 of 2021, in view of statement of daughter of deceased in paragraph 45 of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48719 of 2021(2) dt.21-06-2022 2/2 diary, wherein she has categorically stated that the deceased locked herself in a room and hung herself.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 70 of 2020, corresponding to C.R.I. No. 539 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
