This is an application seeking correction in father's name of the petitioner Ramji Uraon @ Nirmal Jee whose father is Shobhnath Uraon, but, inadvertently in the Vakalatnama as well in the petition it is stated as Shobhnath Singh, consequently in the order dated 19th December, 2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45231/2012, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 394/2012 arising out of Adhaura P.S. Case No. 25/2007 pending before learned Additional

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49328 of 2014 (3) dt.18-02-2015 Sessions Judge, F.T.C. - II, Kaimur at Bhabua, such error occurred.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the original application during course of the day, thereafter, said order be treated rectified to the extent as indicated above and acted upon accordingly.
