Petitioner is an accused in connection with Runniesaidpur P. S. Case no. 11 of 2016 registered under Sections 302/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is nothing against the petitioner except suspicion. Chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioner under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3322 of 2017 (3) dt.18-04-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runniesaidpur P. S. Case no. 11 of 2016.
