The petitioner seeks bail in Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 871/2018, Spl Case No. 11829/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. As per written report recovery of 229.500 litres of foreign liquor has been made from a Maruti Car which was found parked on a field near Sujan Apartment, A.G. Colony, Srinagar Road NO. 7. The police learnt from the people that vehicle was brought by this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner in the written report. He was not present on the spot. He has no

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise-cum-ADJ XIIth, Patna, in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 871/2018, Spl Case No. 11829/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
