JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 162 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner claims that the petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2020 in a case where 1.5 litres of liquor and two live cartridges were recovered. Considering the aforesaid submission of the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S.
