Patna High Court CWJC No.10140 of 2022(2) dt.28-04-2023 2/2 ORAL ORDER 28-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ nature of certiorari for quashing the Final warning notice (Annexure-3 series), issued in the nature of the petitioners in Encroachment Case No. 13/2019-20 by Anchaladhikari, Dhaka by which directed to the petitioners removed the encroachment on or before 10.7.2022 otherwise forcibly shall be removed encroachment on 12.7.2022 and further issue direction to the respondents for considering the objection application filed as Annexure-2 series of this application before the Anchaladhikari, Dhaka in Encroachment Case No. 13/2019-20 and further give other legal consequential to the petitioner. " At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of their grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
