Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 307, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that on the day of polling of Panchayat Election at Narpa village booth, 5-6 miscreants are doing firing and on chase two miscreants were apprehended with two loaded rifles, 25 live cartridges and one motorcycle without registration number was seized which was subsequently found to be of the petitioner.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The arms
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5885 of 2015 (2) dt.13-02-2015 were not seized from the motorcycle of the petitioner and on suspicion accusation has been levelled.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2006, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Rosera. With this observation this application is disposed (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
