This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.07.2022 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 59306/ 2021 .

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 05.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59306/ 2021 but since due to inadvertence in prayer portion of the petition Sheikhpura PS case No. 578/ 2021 was written instead of Sheikhpura PS case No. 338/ 2021 the same mistake has occurred in the last paragraph of order dated 05.07.2022.

Let the aforesaid error be corrected and Sheikhpura PS case No. 578 of 2021 be read as Sheikhpura PS case No.
