Mr.Rabindra Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 07-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners have filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 06.04.2022, whereby while granting bail to the petitioners in connection with Bochahaon P.S. Case No. 110 of 2019, the petitioners were directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to lack of information, they could not surrender within the prescribed time.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47041 of 2022(2) dt.07-09-2022 2/2 petitioners and the contents of the modification application, the Court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioners. The order dated 06.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51806 of 2021 is modified and the time granted to the petitioners in the said order to surrender in the learned Court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
