The petitioner is accused in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 164 of 2015 registered under Sections 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that one Suman Kant Sinha, the then Office Clerk-cum-Treasury Messenger of Primary Health Centre Daniyama Block, committed fraud and got managed to withdraw the money from the G.P.F. account of several employees without their knowledge and deposited the said amount in his own account and also in the account of his mother (petitioner) and other persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner has been implicated in this case with allegation that his

No.2456 of 2017 (2) dt.04-02-2017 son, who was Office Clerk-cum-Treasury Messenger of Primary Health Centre Daniyama Block committed fraud and withdraw the amount from G.P.F. account of different employees and deposited the said amount in his account and also in the account of petitioner and other persons. Further submission is that the charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner being a lady is in custody since 28.08.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, in connection with Alamganj P.S.
