This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Nawada Town (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 579 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 341,323,324,326,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms act.

Since there is specific allegation of opening fire against these petitioners resulting into injuries caused by fire arm on the person of the informant, I am not inclined to grant them privilege of anticipatory bail.

The application is, accordingly, rejected.

The petitioners, above named, are directed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If they do so, their application for regular bail shall be considered by the learned court below on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24578 of 2016 (4) dt.21-07-2016 2/2 its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant anticipatory bail.
