Petitioner is accused in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 525 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. Submission is that the allegation against the petitioner is false and fabricated. It is also submitted that petitioner is innocent. He is in custody since 20.06.2016.

Having considered the period of custody and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 525 of 2016.
